She Made A Promise

She made a solemn promise
“I will not argue with you
What I am sharing
Is from my “point of view”

May these thoughts be placed
In gentle hands
To the best of her ability
She obeyed her Masters commands

When interrupted
Interrogated or put right
Her soul became weary
So she could not fight

Socially acceptable standards
She longed to abide by
Precision tools in His Hand
To SELF EGO, must die
