She Awoke That Morning....

She awoke that morning
To a thumping sound
'In the City of her birth'
So she looked around

Her friend slept on the floor
"Have I woken you," she asked
Nice cup of tea?
In Gods presence she basked

.......10 minutes later
No sign of her or the tea
As she looked through the kitchen window
In The Garden she did see

An Angel holding high
A Sword of Flaming Fire
Earnestly they asked their Heavenly Father
"What do you require?

.......Her long time friend
Was under 'powerful anointing'
No tea was made
Our eyes towards Jesus, were pointing

......A man with a 'special need'
Then knocked on the door
"We have been praying for you"
Sorry you've been wounded, made sore

We both apologised to him
Our hearts were filled with remorse
What the leadership has done
Was from "A self-preservation source"

He reached out his hand
In it several stale buns
Helped us make the tea
Then we asked for Gods perfect will to be done

.........This is Her TESTIMONY
Of what transpired that day
Amongst many Maori people
Who devotedly pray.

.........At THE CONFERENCE
My friend was to speak
Her message was prepared
For Gods Sovereign will, she did seek

At the venue something happened
Which is hard to explain
Maybe another misunderstanding
Which caused acute soul pain

.........she fled outside
Wounded and rejected
Her emotions unstable
This event, not expected

To her utter surprise
She saw five people in a huddle
Praying, earnestly
Within their own wee bubble

Come join us Elizabeth
Someone called her name
They welcomed her into their circle
As they interceded in Jesus's Holy Name

.......Super WOW!
Was all she could express
The GOODNESS of our GREAT GOD
In our TIME of NEED, and great duress

......The insights within this TRUE STORY
Hard to comprehend
Amidst remorseful REPENTANCE
Almighty God did send

The POWER of His Holy Spirit
To HEAL injustice, A WRONG
And assure EVERYONE
That to Him we ALL BELONG

........At The End of that day
A Maori Pastor whispered in her ear
A profound insight of His GRACE
THE ABILITY OF BEING AWARE!
